We stand behind our plugins. If you experience technical issues with our plugins (Remukan Bulk Edit PRO or Remukan Quick Post Editor PRO) that our support team cannot resolve within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
Since our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, license key activation represents full digital delivery. Refunds are granted in cases of verified software malfunction, severe hosting incompatibility, or billing errors.
You may cancel your annual renewal subscription at any time directly through your customer portal or by contacting info@remukan.com. Upon cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
